Your Day-to-Day In your role as a career and educational counselor, you work both strategically and close to students' daily lives. You support students in making their upper secondary school choices and help strengthen their knowledge about education, working life, and future opportunities. Your responsibilities include: Guiding students in choosing upper secondary school, when needed together with guardians Following up on upper secondary school admissions, including students under other school boards Carrying out counseling initiatives based on the primary school curriculum Responsible for PRAO (work experience program) in grades 7–9 Administering Praktikplatsen Representing the municipality in Skaraborg's "SYV-grundskola" network Coordinating the municipality's SSA work (support for students needing special measures) With us you will have varied and meaningful work where you contribute to providing students with good conditions for their future.
