Job Responsibilities Together with our current career and academic counselors, you will be responsible for: providing guidance sessions within adult education (from SFI-YH) in Gislaved Municipality, as well as providing educational information and study finance advice. You will be responsible for developing and following up on individual study plans. We collaborate with other municipal operations as well as with AF (the Public Employment Service), the business community, and the guidance network in Region Jönköping. It also falls within your role to participate in development work in our own operations at Campus Gislaved and the Work and Education Department. Qualifications You should have a degree in career and academic counseling or something that the employer deems equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience with adult education and its conditions. You are flexible and embrace change, have good collaborative skills, are well-organized and stable as a person with the ability to take a holistic perspective. We would like to see that you have experience with adult education and its conditions, that you have an open approach and can envision different exciting future possibilities together with our students. Great importance is placed on your ability to create "the good meeting" with the student and that your fundamental attitude in all interactions is "it is important to me that things go well for you."
