About the position The role is as a career and education counselor at our primary school and our upper secondary school Hudikgymnasiet, so you will work with both schools. You are welcome to apply even if you are not formally qualified, but have work experience from similar assignments. We are looking for you if you: Can provide guidance both individually and in groups to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in future studies and career choices. Have the ability to work independently, collaborate with work teams, and can build networks with representatives from the business sector and public sector. Have the drive to, in collaboration with the principal and colleagues, develop and shape our career and education counseling program. Work based on and are well familiar with the governing documents found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's laws and regulations.
