About the Position The position is as an academic and career counselor at the Upper Secondary School and our lower secondary school Hudikskolan, so you will work with both schools. You are welcome to apply for the position even if you are not formally qualified, but have work experience from similar assignments. We are looking for you who: Can provide guidance both individually and in groups to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in future studies and career choices. Have the ability to work independently, collaborate with work teams, and can build networks with representatives from the business sector and public sector. Have the drive to, in collaboration with the principal and colleagues, develop and shape our academic and career guidance program. Work based on and are well familiar with the governing documents found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's laws and regulations.
