About the Job As a support pedagogue, you support children and young people with various disabilities who live at Edsbergsvillan. You spend a large part of your working time directly in the operation, where you work closely with both the residents and your colleagues. By being an active part of the daily work, you have the opportunity to develop and strengthen the pedagogical work on site. You support, coach, and guide your colleagues in everyday situations to ensure that the working methods create participation and independence for the residents. As a support pedagogue, you are also part of a network with other support pedagogues to exchange experiences and develop in your role. The position is a permanent employment, with possible probation, at approximately 80% with employment according to agreement. Our operations determine working hours, and for this position it is daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Part of your working time is allocated for administrative work. About You To succeed in the job, we see that you have: Post-secondary specialization in the area of functional variation comprising at least 200 vocational school credits or 60 higher education credits with a focus on pedagogy. Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Knowledge of low-arousal approaches. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and ability to handle digital systems. Experience working with children who have a disability.
