JOB DUTIES As a support assistant, you will primarily work at Ejderns or Rosinas group home, but work at other units may also occur. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts with on-call sleeping duties may also occur. Your most important task is to support residents toward as independent and meaningful a life as possible, based on their own needs and abilities. The work is varied and will include: • Supporting in daily tasks • Cooking • Providing close care and support • Planning and participating in activities • Being a link in contacts with authorities • Supporting both individual and group leisure activities You work closely with your colleagues and together you create a professional, safe, and respectful working approach. Your efforts are based on evidence-based methods, clear routines, and open, creative dialogue. The role also includes documentation and establishing implementation plans. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working with low-affect approach, is positive and engaged, and takes responsibility and actively contributes to the work. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate flexibility in work while being organized, creative, and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and other stakeholders. You have education within care and support, or equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. You have good computer skills, have experience with documentation, and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
