Your assignment Solsidevägens group home is a residential facility according to LSS regulations located in central Saltsjöbaden. Six clients with varying and significant disabilities live here, which means the work can be both physically and mentally demanding at times. Parking is available if you have a driver's license and your own car. You will provide support based on clients' individual needs and work with personal care, medication management, social activities, digital documentation, and contact with families and authorities. Many of our clients have a significant need for structure and predictability, and you must have a pedagogical and consistent work style. You need to be able to respond to challenging behaviors in a safe and professional manner and be prepared to handle complex and intensive situations as part of everyday work. Is this you? Your experience To be considered for this position, you must have: Completed education as a nursing assistant or other education that the employer deems equivalent Experience working with individuals with autism and cognitive disabilities Documented experience managing challenging and acting-out behaviors Experience with personal care and medication management Computer and documentation skills, including implementation plans Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious are education and/or experience in IBIC, AAC, and clarifying pedagogy.
