As our Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the daily housekeeping operations and ensure that our facilities maintain a high and consistent standard. You'll become part of an operation with a hotel, spa, and restaurants where details make a difference every day. ABOUT THE POSITION As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for planning, structuring, and monitoring daily cleaning operations. You lead the team in operational work and ensure that routines are followed and continuously improved. The role involves close collaboration with other departments and you are part of the management team. The work requires both hands-on involvement in operations and the ability to create clear working methods that function in everyday practice. You actively work to develop the team, create structure, and ensure consistent quality across the entire operation. ABOUT YOU You are a confident and clear leader with a strong ability to coach and develop others. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and create structure, while remaining present in daily operations. You work well with people from different backgrounds and are accustomed to managing multiple languages and cultures within the team. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail that allows you to see what needs to be done. Ästad Vingård is a family-owned business in its third generation, just outside Varberg. Over the coming years, a new sister hotel outside Malmö is also planned.
