Continuity, trust, and a person with a long-term perspective on the role are essential. You are calm, reliable, and have a positive attitude. You need to be flexible, able to take initiative, and at the same time respect the client's needs and routines. Personal suitability is crucial. The work tasks include support in daily situations such as: Help in the home Personal care Accompanying on activities and errands Being a trusted support in their daily life Previous experience as a personal assistant is a merit but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you work well together.
