We work with both businesses, property owners, and private customers and provide among other things commercial cleaning, house cleaning, stairwell cleaning, move-out cleaning, window washing, and specialized cleaning services. About the Position As a facility cleaner at SSG Facility Services, you will work closely with our customers and become an important representative for the company. You are responsible for performing cleaning assignments according to instructions, schedules, and quality requirements. Work tasks may include: • Daily cleaning at businesses and private customers • Stairwell cleaning and facility cleaning • Move-out cleaning and deep cleaning • Window washing and simple specialized assignments • Restocking materials and reporting discrepancies • Contact with team leaders and customer service regarding schedules, keys, and assignments We are looking for someone who • Is thorough, responsible, and punctual • Takes pride in doing good work and leaving things clean • Can work independently but also functions well in a team • Has a pleasant demeanor with customers and colleagues • Understands the importance of arriving on time and following instructions • Is flexible and can help where needed Previous experience in facility cleaning is a plus, but the right attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are equally important.
