We are now looking for you to plan electrical maintenance for SSAB's facilities within heat treatment and forming, within the Plate production unit. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industrial environment with a strong focus on safety, environment, and quality. About the Position This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues in different operations. The team you will join consists of four technicians, two specializing in electrical and two in mechanical. We also have six maintenance generalists; two in electrical and three in mechanical. The team also includes two electricians and five mechanics. You will work with planning and preparation of maintenance work within electrical systems and improvements to facilities. Troubleshooting and fault correction in the facilities is also part of the assignment. Your Main Responsibilities - Conduct preventive maintenance and improvement work. - Analyze disturbances that occur and develop action proposals. - Plan maintenance shutdowns in consultation with the operations organization. - Keep yourself updated daily on the status of the facilities. - Participate in facility projects. - Develop proposals for long-term maintenance plans and budgets for your area. - Serve as the responsible electrical safety officer for your area of responsibility. About You - You are an electrician or electrical technician with several years of experience. - You have an interest in technology and want to work with development and improvements. - You thrive in a coordinating role with both administrative and practical tasks. - You are a team player and value communication and collaboration. - You enjoy varied days and new challenges.
