1 position(s). Welcome to Spängerskolan, a single-parallel F-9 school with approximately 260 students, located in the scenic Arkelstorp area. Through successful teaching, based on the vision "Learning for Life - Together it's a Given", we work for student learning and achieving good learning outcomes. Student well-being work should begin in the classroom. The Pedagogical Development Group, led by the principals, guides the development work at the school. The focus is on close collaboration with the school's student support team, consisting of a special education teacher, special education instructor, school counselor, school nurse, and principals. A school physician and school psychologist are also part of our team. The focus over time is on learning environments that promote learning for the individual within the group, study strategies, collaboration with families, treatment and positive relationships. Your role with us Based on analyses at the individual, group, and organizational levels, you work in a coaching capacity with a focus on group and organization. You actively contribute to qualified discussions about learning situations and development of the school environment together with the principal, work teams, and student support team. You also support teachers in structuring their work to facilitate students' learning situations. With a salutogenic approach, you contribute to health-promoting and preventive work being carried out. Working with questions regarding inclusion and values forms a natural part of your daily work. You work to remove obstacles and difficulties in the learning environment, develop alternative learning environments and learning tools. In your work, you create relationships both internally and externally that are characterized by mutual respect and trust, and you meet students where they are. You engage, inspire, and stimulate students to learn and take responsibility, and you lead and organize the work so that a safe learning environment is created based on mutual respect and collaboration. In a systematic way, you reflect on and evaluate the practical work individually and together with others. Your work tasks also include planning, prioritizing, and taking responsibility for your own time and development. Who are we looking for? We are primarily looking for someone who holds teacher certification with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in primary school. Secondly, we are looking for someone who holds teacher certification with authorization to teach grades 4-6 in at least two core subjects. The position also requires that you have a special education degree and experience with 3 years of well-documented work as a teacher. You have well-documented ability to mentor and experience with teaching as a teacher in grades 7-9 or 4-6 in primary school is advantageous. If you have also worked with assessment work, this is advantageous. Further, good ability to implement the organization's mandate regarding students in need of special support is required, as well as knowledge of how to adapt work methods and approaches to different groups' and individuals' circumstances. Of course, you are well familiar with current special education research and have good knowledge regarding alternative learning tools. You have good knowledge of and ability to work based on current curricula. You can systematically reflect on and evaluate practical work individually and with others. In the role, you need to be able to use digital technology as a tool to search for information, plan, communicate, present, and document. Exercising situationally adapted learning and leadership based on putting yourself in the students' situation and values and meeting them where they are, you handle without difficulty. You create relationships both internally and externally that are characterized by respect and trust and can engage, inspire, stimulate, and strengthen students for learning and personal responsibility.
