You will be part of a team consisting of counselors, school nurses, school doctors, and school psychologists. Employment is in a central student support office where you work in teams on behalf of the principal. Our student support work is characterized by collaboration and a sense of helping each other. Student support aims to promote learning and remove barriers to learning. The work is health-promoting, preventive, and remedial at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Qualifications We are looking for you with a special education degree. It is advantageous if you have a preschool teacher degree or a teacher degree for the lower grades of primary school. As a person, you are open, attentive, and solution-focused. You find it easy to build relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians, and you have the ability to exercise safe and clear leadership. You have good analytical skills and are good at identifying needs and prioritizing from a holistic perspective. You need to have very good collaboration skills, be flexible, and be communicative. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team. A class B driver's license is required.
