We are offering a combined 100% position as Special Education Teacher and Assistant Principal, and we are looking for someone passionate about accessible education and learning environments, with extensive experience in special support processes and related areas. As a Special Education Teacher, your mission is to provide special education expertise as support in pedagogical work in both assessment work and guidance as well as practical implementation. Together with the school's student support team, you will help map obstacles and opportunities within the school environment. The school primarily uses Schoolsoft, StudyBee, and Google. In your role as Assistant Principal, you will be part of the school's management group and, together with the Principal, lead the pedagogical work and strive for continued high quality and good results for our students. The Principal delegates areas of responsibility and tasks based on the school's needs, and you will also serve as acting principal when required. The position includes responsibility for personnel and work environment, which is why prior experience in team leadership and personnel management is highly valued. The position involves contact with staff and students as well as external contacts with guardians and municipalities. We are looking for a responsible individual focused on the mission. Primarily, we seek someone trained as a Special Education Teacher with management experience who can handle the role described above. Beyond your specific expertise, we want you to contribute engagement, humor, and lack of pretense to our school. You are creative in planning and implementing your tasks, as well as time-efficient and thorough.
