TASK RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a new colleague with training as a special education teacher. In your role, you will work goal-oriented to identify, map, and remove obstacles to students' mathematical learning and develop their abilities at the individual, group, and organizational level. You will be part of an experienced, cohesive, and interdisciplinary work team consisting of teachers, special educators, resource teams, and the student health team (EHT). In this close collaboration, where everyone's expertise is utilized, we together create the absolute best conditions for students to reach their goals. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is trained as a special education teacher. • Is a confident and good leader in the classroom and in smaller groups, with the ability to create structure and a conducive study environment. • Has great commitment to students and the ability to meet each individual based on their unique circumstances. • Is a true team player who enjoys close collaboration with subject teachers, resources, and student health. • Is well-grounded in the school's governing documents and processes regarding accommodations and special support. • Bases your work on scientific foundation and proven experience. • In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on active employee engagement.
