Your New Workplace Affecta is a private specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic with a contract with Region Halland within the specialized healthcare choice. We primarily meet patients with recurrent and treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD/ADD. Working as a Nurse With Us As a nurse with us, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with the medical team. The role is varied and includes psychiatric care with a focus on quality, continuity, and patient needs. Your tasks include: • Supportive and health-promoting conversations • Medication follow-ups and treatment monitoring • Telephone advice and case management via 1177 and Life Care • Coordination and follow-up of patient interventions • Student supervision About You We are looking for someone who: • Is a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry • Has at least two years of experience as a nurse • Has experience in psychiatric outpatient care • Is confident in your professional role and able to work independently • Is empathetic, stable, and flexible in your work approach We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who contributes to good collaboration and a positive work environment.
