We are looking for We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine, have Swedish language level C1 and a driver's license. Experience working in rural areas is a merit. What you will work with A doctor in rural areas is a "true" general practitioner. They work with the whole person and with the broadest expertise one can find within the medical profession with a combination of being simultaneously an emergency physician, gynecologist, orthopedist, radiologist, surgeon, pediatrician, internist, neurologist, geriatrician and above all a fellow human being to their patients. Together with us you will have the opportunity to develop in your profession and be part of developing our teamwork. The daily medical practice consists of both scheduled visits and limited walk-in appointments. As a Medical Leadership Advisor (MLA) you assist the operations manager in matters requiring medical expertise, and together with them and unit managers, form the practical health center leadership. The role includes monitoring medical developments within the service area, including questions about medical technology products, and where applicable, making proposals on medical policy matters.
