About Us Närhälsan Munkedal Health Center is a well-functioning and appreciated workplace with approximately 8,500 registered patients. The health center employs five district physicians, five trainee physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, a rehabilitation coordinator, care coordinator, medical secretaries, a foot care specialist, and a psychologist. We also have a specialized unit for young people with mental health issues (UPH), as well as close collaboration with rehabilitation clinics, youth clinics, and family centers. You actively contribute to their development and help shape tomorrow's healthcare professionals, which we view as an important and prioritized part of our mission. Your work tasks also include broad general medical work with patients of all ages and life situations. You work both with traditional clinic visits and digital care meetings in primary healthcare. You become part of a collegial team where you have the opportunity to develop the operations together. We offer varied work with good development opportunities, including continuous training corresponding to ten days per year. About You You are a licensed physician with specialist training in general medicine and authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency in speaking and writing at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is required for this position. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also wants to participate in the organization's development work. In this work you will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have good patient interaction skills. You enjoy teamwork and for you it is self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.
