About the Job Working as an assistant means you are there to help the client with various tasks in their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the client is located, and you will assist with things like mobility support, personal care, common household tasks in a home such as cooking, cleaning, and other practical matters. You will also accompany the client on activities. You will be part of a great team. However, you will usually work one-on-one with the client. Like your colleagues, we believe you are a cheerful, positive, reliable, attentive, and social person with commitment and strong empathetic abilities. You understand the valuable role of an enabling personal assistant. Perhaps you have previous experience in personal assistance or home care work? That is a merit but not a requirement.
