Work as a personal assistant is highly varied, but regardless of the tasks involved, you will make a valuable difference in the life of the person you work for. Your work hours vary based on the client's needs, ranging from 24-hour shifts, day-evening shifts, overnight shifts, and weekend work. Submit your CV and cover letter today. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and there may be an opportunity to begin training now to start as a substitute already this spring. Don't forget to mention if you have a driver's license and access to a car, which may be crucial for certain clients to ensure you can get to work. If you are selected to begin working with one of our clients, you will need to provide a background check as part of the employment process. There are two different types depending on whether you will be working with child clients or clients over 18 years old. When working with children Work with children with disabilities is subject to background check requirements under the Act (2010:479) on background checks for personnel providing certain services to children with disabilities. The law takes effect on March 1, 2026. In accordance with this law, we as a company have a policy of requesting an extract from the background register upon hiring.
