The Staffing Center is a municipal operation responsible for Huddinge Municipality's temporary staffing management in-house. Our task is to staff and recruit hourly temporary workers to various activities within disability support and elderly care for short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or training. We are currently seeking summer temporary staff for home care services. Our home care services are spread throughout Huddinge, with offices in central Huddinge, Flemingsberg, Vårby, Stuvsta, Trångsund, and Skogås. We are also seeking staff for the Night Patrol and Alarm Group, which respond to safety alarms within Huddinge Municipality. We also have two day activities for people with dementia in Stuvsta and Trångsund. The days are filled with singing, music, cooking together, and walks. It is important that you feel comfortable supporting users in all their needs, including personal hygiene, cleaning, and shopping. Your Profile To be considered for work, you need to be available immediately and be able to work at least three days a week as an hourly temporary employee. You need to be able to work more during the summer, and it is meritorious if you are available for temporary assignments with a schedule for at least 4 consecutive weeks. We have activities that are open all year round. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying work hours that may occur during day and evening, both on weekdays and weekends. Because you work at different times of the day, particularly high demands are placed on flexibility. You who apply for this position should have experience working in care and nursing. It is particularly meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant and hold the nursing assistant title from the National Board of Health and Welfare and have experience within home care services. It is meritorious if you have a Class B driver's license and can cycle. The work places high demands on initiative, cooperation, and problem-solving. You need to be confident and comfortable working with people who have great need for continuity, structure, and nursing care. We are looking for someone with a professional approach characterized by good human values and good conduct. You need to have understanding for other people's needs and feelings in care tasks with our residents, as well as in the work group. You master the Swedish language well, both orally and in writing.
