Working in home care means helping another person to be able to stay in their own home, even though the person cannot manage all tasks or take care of themselves as they wish. What the person you visit needs help with is very individual and can range from a brief visit to make sure everything is fine, to help with everything needed to get up in the morning, go to bed in the evening, and everything in between. We also assist our nurses and physiotherapists with certain tasks that they delegate to us. This can include administering medications or implementing a training program. QUALIFICATIONS • Valid B driver's license and Bank ID are required to work. • Experience or education in the field is desirable. However, training will be provided, so even if you are new to the field, we encourage you to apply. • Personal suitability and good conduct are essential. • Computer skills are required as the tasks within the profession's area of responsibility require a computer and mobile phone. • Working with different people and the requirement to document means you must master the Swedish language and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. • The work requires flexibility, service mindedness, and responsibility. • You must be able to work both independently and with others. • Multilingualism is a merit.
