About the Job Scope: Full-time (Hourly employment) Duration: Week 27 to week 32 (June 29 – August 9, 2026) Work hours: Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–4:15 PM (30-minute break) Location: Southern Stockholm Are you a flexible and confident person who enjoys variety and wants to make a difference where it's needed most this summer? We are now recruiting engaged employees for our mobile summer pool in southern Stockholm! About the Position As a pool employee, you will be our invaluable resource during summer weeks 27–32. Your workplace will vary based on the daily needs of the operations. This means you'll have a broad and developmental summer where you could be placed in: - Care and residential facilities (Elderly care) - LSS activities - Short-term residential facilities You will work from facilities in southern Stockholm. Work hours are reliable and fixed to daytime, Monday to Friday between 7:45 AM and 4:15 PM. Who Are You? Since the role involves stepping in where needs arise, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for you who: - Are highly flexible and easily adapt to new environments, colleagues, and routines. - Have a strong approach to customer service and place the individual's needs at the center. - Have experience working in care and support, LSS, or elderly care (preferred). - Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
