As a temp, you provide support based on each service user's individual needs and contribute to a safe, meaningful, and active everyday life. The work includes personal care, help with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and medication administration, as well as other activities. Our goal is for service users to be able to live as independently as possible and participate in society. The Social and Health Care Administration is seeking hourly temps for several operations: Specialized Housing Here, elderly people who need round-the-clock support live. You help with personal care, meals, social activities, and create a safe and comfortable environment. Home Care You visit service users in their homes and help with personal care, meals, cleaning, and other daily tasks. The work is independent and varied, where you make a big difference in people's everyday lives. Support Services You support people with disabilities in their daily activities, such as cooking, leisure activities, and social interaction. The goal is to promote independence and quality of life. Personal Assistance You provide individual support to people with extensive needs, which may include help with personal hygiene, communication, and activities that make everyday life meaningful. In all operations, documentation is an important part of the work. Qualifications Interest in working with people – experience and education are merits but not required. We'll teach you what you need! Previous experience, ongoing or completed care education is a merit. Must be 18 years old. Are positive, responsible, and enjoy helping others. Can work both independently and in a team. Have good knowledge of Swedish, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work. Driver's license required for certain positions.
