Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1,500 employees including nursing assistants, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for you who are passionate about working with the individual person, respect our customers, and providing absolutely the best service is very important. It is important that you speak and write Swedish. We are looking for hourly temporary staff with or without a driver's license during the period June–August. The possibility to continue after the summer exists. We are a large operation divided into 3 units. Two where we cycle or walk and one where we drive a car. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, start date by agreement.
