Job Duties As night staff, you work to provide care, support, and supervision to service users in our operations, for example: Care residence Support services / LSS Social psychiatry Home care The work involves, among other things: creating safety and presence during the night assisting with care needs as required documenting and collaborating with colleagues handling situations that may arise during night hours Qualifications You are responsible, calm, and secure in your interactions You enjoy working with people You can work independently but also as part of a team You are at least 18 years old You hold a B-class driver's license (required for home care) Experience in care work is advantageous, but personal suitability is also important. About the Position Summer temporary contract – night shift Working hours: night shifts according to schedule Period: summer 2026, weeks 26-33 Your role as a team member is closely connected to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the organization's development.
