About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance professional, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in our customers' facilities. Together, you'll create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You'll primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, a fixed-term employment for the summer of 2026. We may also recruit part-time employees with reduced hours. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good overview of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you're attentive to customer needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to work collaboratively, as the work can be both individual and team-based. We'd like to see experience from service roles or relevant industry experience. It's important that you speak Swedish fluently. A high school diploma is required.
