Description of Work Tasks We are looking for you to work as a summer temporary staff member with the possibility to start hourly temporary work before summer, in personal assistance, and make a real difference for a person who needs structure, clarity, and security in their daily life. The days are structured according to the user's needs and implementation plan. Work as a personal assistant requires that you are self-driven and take responsibility as you will work alone with the user during parts of your work shift. We are looking for you who have good knowledge of autism and specialized expertise that allows you to meet people with major difficulties in everyday life in a professional and safe manner. Our users need fixed routines and clear, structured pedagogy to feel predictability and calm in their everyday life. As a personal assistant, you are a central part in creating this sense of security. Therefore, you need to be stable, patient, and have well-developed skills in clarifying pedagogy and meeting people with autism. Your expertise contributes to creating an understandable and safe environment where the user can develop and feel well. The work includes support in daily activities such as personal care, cooking, walks, and maintaining daily routines. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and on-call shifts, and you need to be available during the period June-August. Qualifications As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are responsive, have good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with users, colleagues, and your manager, which means you need the ability to put yourself in someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to be able to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other • For summer work in personal assistance, it is meritorious if you have completed a care and welfare or children and leisure program at upper secondary school or have previous experience in the field • Have good knowledge of LSS, especially personal assistance, and have worked with people with autism or similar functional disabilities for at least 3 years • Have experience and have worked based on low-affective interpersonal approach and feel secure in your professional role even with externalizing behavior • Have an understanding of how autism affects communication, perception, and social interaction. Have experience with documentation in care and welfare. • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
