Sodexo Transport in Luleå is now hiring summer temporary workers for our train cleaning assignment, with the possibility of continued hourly employment after the summer. We're looking for someone who thrives in a varied and sometimes challenging environment, and who wants to work with train cleaning together with us to contribute to a clean, safe, and pleasant travel experience. During the summer there is the possibility of increased hours, and for the right person, the employment can thereafter transition into continued hourly work. To thrive in this role, you need to be thorough, flexible, and able to handle situations that sometimes arise on short notice. This could include changes in schedules or delayed trains. In such cases, it's important to think creatively and find the best solutions. You need to be able to work independently, but at the same time have good teamwork abilities. For us, this means that in addition to performing your work tasks, you can also meet different people in a professional manner, are responsive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when the pace is high. The work can at times be physically demanding, so good physical condition is an advantage. What you will be working with: Cleaning and making beds on trains Performing work tasks in an ethical manner and in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values Maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues Handling feedback and complaints quickly and thoroughly To apply for the position, you must: Have completed primary and secondary school Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written Be thorough, punctual, and flexible Have good physical condition since the cleaning profession is at times physically demanding It's a plus if you: Have experience in professional cleaning or other service work Have previous experience in hotel cleaning or professional bed making SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training Please note!
