JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Within Support and Service, you will work with individuals who have decisions under the Support and Service Act (LSS). As staff, you provide support and service based on each individual's needs and implementation plan. The work includes: • Supporting users in their daily life and activities • Working for self-determination, participation, and safety • Providing care and social support • Documenting in accordance with applicable legislation • Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other stakeholders • Contributing to a safe, secure, and developmental environment for users QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Experience working in support and service, LSS • The ability to work empathetically and see individuals' abilities rather than limitations • Good collaboration skills and a professional and loyal approach Meritorious • Training in healthcare and social services • Training or experience in educational activities • Experience working in healthcare and social services • Competence in alternative and augmentative communication, motivational interviewing, psychiatry, and/or the disability sector • Knowledge of low-arousal approaches • Personal qualities To thrive in this role, you are flexible, responsible, and available for the work shifts assigned by the department.
