We are now recruiting summer substitutes for our customer in Halmstad Who are you? As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, be able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the customer's needs. You should have high work ethics and a sense of responsibility. About the position: We are looking for summer substitutes who will cover regular assistants' shifts during the summer, but we may also hire some on an hourly basis as on-call staff who step in and work when someone is sick. We would like you to be introduced to several of our customers in Halmstad, so flexibility and the ability to meet different types of customers is a big plus. It is a great advantage if you have the ability to step in and work at short notice. Experience: It is meritorious but not a requirement that you have experience working in care and welfare, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, I would like you to tell us about yourself, as the customer chooses their own assistant, so we will place great weight on personality and chemistry. You will receive the necessary introduction on-site with the customer.
