WORK TASKS The Support Services Department is now looking for you—someone engaged and interested in working with us as a temporary staff member at our group homes, service apartments, and short-term facilities. In our operations, you will meet people with various disabilities of varying ages. The work involves providing support and care based on each person's individual needs, which may include structuring daily life and establishing routines, maintaining daily rhythm, cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, and other household chores, as well as maintaining social contacts. You also assist with contacts with authorities, healthcare services, or family members. Working hours are scheduled and may include daytime, evenings, weekends, and on-call night shifts. Solo work may occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on disability support, has completed a youth and leisure program, is studying healthcare/youth and leisure program/other educational program, or has extensive experience in care, mental health, or substance abuse. A driver's license is an asset. You must be 18 years or older. You should find it easy to collaborate with others but also be able to take your own initiative, have good communication skills, be able to take responsibility for your work tasks, have a respectful and dignified approach with a positive view of people, and prioritize the user's needs. Personal suitability is of great importance.
