We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Umeå and the surrounding area! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and enable another person's daily life to function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. To contribute every day to enabling a person to live their life as they wish—we believe that is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be exactly the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: Have a genuine interest in helping others. Can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. Can work flexible working hours—day, evening, and weekends. Some of our services also require that you can work nights. Have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement.) Other information Employment form: Summer temporary position Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment Start date: June, July, and August 2026 We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements.
