We're currently looking for you to join our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Oskarshamn and surrounding areas! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, managing the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is the most important work in the world. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We'd like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we're looking for. We'd like to see that you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. can work flexible hours - daytime, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other information Employment type: Summer temporary position Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment Start date: June, July, and August 2025 We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements.
