We actively work with continuous care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way We are relatively small work groups at both Blidö and Rådmansö, which gives us good continuity with our customers. We primarily use cars at our units, but bicycles may also be used We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1400 employees: nursing assistants, care assistants, and cleaners. Then you might be just the person we are looking for on our dedicated team at Allegio Blidö and Rådmansö Work Tasks – What will you do? You work to provide customers with the help they are entitled to according to assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of work tasks: Personal hygiene – help with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care. Meal support – help with preparation, serving, and sometimes feeding Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social context. Dressing and undressing – practical support when changing clothes. Support in the home – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other household chores. Emergency alarm response – quickly respond to urgent needs of customers who have called. We work on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje municipality; we handle emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for? For you to fit with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications: Nursing assistant education (desirable) – you are trained and experienced in your field. Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both spoken and written and can document professionally. Class B driver's license – a requirement for our Blidö-Rådmansö units – you are a confident driver and comfortable navigating traffic. Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination. Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed. Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes. Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no two days are the same. Thorough & responsible – you have high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work. Digital skills – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems. Employment Workplace: Allegio Blidö and Allegio Rådmansö Interviews are held on a rolling basis; start date by agreement but as soon as possible.
