We are now looking for you to work nights or weekends in care and support services. With us, you work in facilities where safety, consideration, and respect are in focus – whether you choose personal assistance, support services, or elderly care. You become part of a work team where colleagues support you in both work tasks and working hours. Here you have the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and build experience together with others. You choose for yourself when during the summer you want to work, but it is desirable that you can work at least four consecutive weeks. We offer several possible periods and there is also the possibility to work before or after the vacation period, which runs from June to August. With us, there are also good opportunities to continue working after the summer. The positions involve work either at night or on weekends. For these working hours, a reduced working time schedule applies, which corresponds to full-time – 27 hours per week for weekend work and 33–34 hours per week for night work. We are looking for you who are warm, engaged, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You contribute to creating safety in everyday life and at the same time get the opportunity to develop in the role together with experienced colleagues. Personal Assistance As a personal assistant, you are close support in another person's daily life. You help with what the person cannot manage themselves, such as personal care, meals, exercise, or various activities. Support Services Within support services, you help people develop their abilities and manage as much as possible on their own. You can work in a group home, service housing, short-term housing, or special housing. This may involve contact with relatives and help with everything from cooking to participating in activities such as swimming, walks, or a coffee break. Elderly Care In elderly care, you work with care and social activities for our seniors. Here you can work in a care home or within home care services. This may include personal hygiene, meals, or community through exercise classes, bingo, or reading aloud – all things that make everyday life safe and meaningful. Qualifications For night work, you must be 18 years old according to the regulations on minors in the Work Environment Act (1977:1160) and the Work Environment Authority's regulations on working conditions for minors. We also welcome applicants under 18 years old to apply, but then you will not work nights. A valid driver's license and care and support services training are merits. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as the work tasks require it. The positions require an extract from the criminal record register. The extract should be for care facilities and is ordered via the Police website. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months. Working hours: Night/Weekend
