The job is about making everyday life better for other people. It could include: • Helping with daily tasks such as hygiene, meals, and cleaning • Being present as company – talking, taking walks, laughing • Assisting with activities and outings • Documenting in our systems (we'll show you how!) You can work in: • Residential facilities – for older adults who need 24/7 support • Home care – helping people in their own homes • LSS – support for people with disabilities Regardless of where you work, your contribution is important! QUALIFICATIONS Who are we looking for? You don't need to have worked in care before – what matters most is who you are. What we offer: • Employment: Summer job, hourly position, or monthly temporary assignment • Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends may occur • Summer period: part or all of summer We are looking for someone who: • Is 18 years or older • Enjoys working with people • Is responsible, kind, and attentive • Can speak and write Swedish • Is curious and wants to learn new things For home care, you need to be able to cycle (a driver's license is a plus but not required). What we require: • You need to be able to work at least 4 weeks consecutively during summer • To work with us, you need to show an excerpt from the criminal record registry (order in advance from the police website). Do you have training or experience in care and services? Great! Don't have it? No problem – we'll give you an introduction.
