HSB Mellersta Götaland is now looking for a facilities cleaner for a holiday substitute position in Vetlanda. About the Role As a facilities cleaner at HSB Mellersta Götaland, you work to deliver high-quality service to our customers. You take great responsibility for ensuring that our residential properties are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Work is performed in and around our customers' properties with varying cleaning tasks. Job responsibilities include: Window cleaning Stairwell cleaning Office cleaning Move-out and construction cleaning Residential cleaning Cleaning of public areas Basic facilities maintenance as needed Professional service and communication with residents and boards About You We're looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and self-directed. You enjoy physical work and have a natural sense of order and organization. You have a strong service mindset and interact professionally with our customers. If you have cleaning experience, we see that as a plus, but we also value your attitude and willingness to do a good job. To be able to offer a good and safe work environment in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's current rules regarding minors' work environment, you must be at least 16 years old. If you have a B-class driving license or AM-class license, that is an advantage.
