Description We are now hiring additional staff for the summer in the roles of nursing assistant, care aide, assistant, personal assistant, and support assistant. Our wonderful care and support operations include residential care facilities for the elderly, home care services, and functional support and LSS services. If you are interested and able, there is also an opportunity to start working as a temporary hourly employee during the spring. Working with us is varied and offers many exciting encounters with interesting people. As a summer temporary employee, we offer you a monthly employment contract with salary payment after your first worked month. You have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time for up to 10 weeks during the summer period. We prefer that you can work according to schedule between June-August, as continuity is an important part of creating security and well-being for both our service users and staff members. Job Responsibilities As a summer temporary employee, you have the important role of facilitating and supporting people in their daily lives. Regardless of which role or operation you apply for with us, you will, among other things: Provide support to service users according to our clear work procedures. Plan and carry out activities with service users to increase their quality of life. Document your work to ensure quality in our operations. To ensure you have a good start and feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training. We tailor the introduction based on your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed by our central staffing unit. Since our operations run 24/7 every day of the week, there is an opportunity to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Qualifications Speak and write Swedish at least at a basic level. Have good availability during the summer that matches our operations' needs. It is highly advantageous if you Are trained or are training in a care profession, such as doctor, nurse, or nursing assistant. Have worked in one of our operations or in care and support previously. A driver's license is required for home care and functional support. Our recruitment process: Continuous selection Selection takes place continuously during the application period.
