We at Forenede Care are looking for you who are a nursing assistant/care aide and want to work during all or part of the summer at our cozy residential care facility Rådmansgatan. As a nursing assistant/care aide with us at Forenede Care, you work with providing good care, service and support to our residents. Rådmansgatan is a special residential facility focused on elderly and sick individuals with 34 places. Rådmansgatan is located on beautiful Frösön within walking distance to the city center. Good bus connections and parking available. We run a company where you are part of growing together with us. In your role as a nursing assistant/care aide with us, you will provide care and support based on the customer's wishes, and in accordance with current care decisions with a strong focus on quality. This is done for example by performing personal hygiene, helping with meal preparation and serving, responding to calls and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversation, games, bike rides, music activities or similar. You will also perform delegated work tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training. As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances to get new temporary positions or permanent employment. Description of the Position We are currently seeking several colleagues on a part-time basis for summer substitute positions, start by agreement according to our period. To be considered for this position you need to: Provide a certificate from Socialstyrelsen as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing Extract from the criminal record which you order from the police must be presented before employment Presentation of valid Swedish work permit, e.g. passport or approved permit via Migrationsverket We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
