As a substitute in home care, you will have an important role in providing care, support, and dignity. You will substitute for regular staff during their absence or work when the activities have additional personnel needs. With good conduct, high service standards, and professionalism, you will perform assistance-assessed services based on the implementation plan. The role requires significant personal responsibility, and job duties include personal care, shopping, laundry, cleaning, and social documentation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to care and welfare. We would like to see that you have previous experience working in elderly care. You are responsible, attentive to individual needs, and can quickly adapt your work and prioritize according to prevailing conditions. We expect you to be good at building relationships and to have a respectful manner and good empathetic ability. You can work independently, are responsible, and confident. It is meritorious if you have completed or are pursuing education in a care and welfare program, nursing program, or other appropriate care education. In all areas, you need to master Swedish well in speech and writing and be open to delegation responsibility for medications. You should have good computer skills as we work with electronic documentation. To work in our activities, you need to be 18 years old. A Class B driver's license is required for work in home care. You need to be an experienced driver regardless of weather. Employment form: Summer job / Holiday work. Duration: 3-6 months, Start date: Start date by agreement. It can be immediate or first of the summer. In our questionnaire, you answer when you wish to start work. In the questionnaire attached to the application, you answer, among other things, whether you want to work full-time or part-time, and what type of activity you prefer to work in. You also indicate when you wish to start and which weeks you have the opportunity to work during the summer.
