About the Position You will work within home care services in Stockholm. Our customers are in the surrounding area, and we get around on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Duties As a care assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life. Your duties include: Assisting customers in their daily life and personal care Promoting social contact and well-being Participating in care planning as a contact person Documenting and following up on services in a safe and correct manner in accordance with support decisions Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Care assistant certification Driver's license (Class B) Experience working in home care Good knowledge of documentation and working in the municipality's digital systems and care plans Other Information Recruitment is ongoing – do not delay your application!
