About the position You will work within home care services in Stockholm. Our customers are located in the nearby area, and we get around on foot, by bike, or by car. Responsibilities As a care assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities include: Supporting customers in their daily life and personal care Promoting social contacts and well-being Participating in care planning as the primary contact person Documenting and following up on services in a secure and correct manner according to support decisions Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Care assistant certification Category B driver's license Experience working in home care services Good knowledge of documentation and working with the municipality's digital systems as well as implementation plans Other information Recruitment is ongoing – don't delay with your application!
