JOB DUTIES Are you a positive, attentive and efficient social worker who enjoys meaningful and creative work? Do you want to help create the social services of the future where proximity care and collaboration are key principles? We are looking for you if you are interested in working with social change work targeting adults with harmful substance use and addiction, comorbidity and social psychiatry. The position includes authority responsibilities in this area and you will handle reports, applications and follow-up of interventions based on both the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Care of Abusers in Certain Cases (LVM). Since the process for Violence in Close Relationships permeates all activities within the Social Administration, case handling in this area also occurs. The unit is also responsible for individuals who want to leave a criminal lifestyle and are involved in organized crime. The Social Administration in Gnosjö has a process-oriented approach and working method to ensure the entire care pathway for those in need of our support. This means that we have close collaboration with our open care and cooperate with external actors such as health and medical care. We investigate and assess needs with the support of ASI (Addiction Severity Index) and IBIC (Individual Needs at the Center) to ensure legally sound decisions. Throughout the administration there is also good expertise regarding Violence in Close Relationships. With us you have the opportunity to work in collaboration with colleagues on developing work methods and approaches within our targeted work. We want to constantly develop and improve our work and everyone's participation is a prerequisite for this. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a degree as a social worker (socionom), or other education that we consider equivalent. We would like you to have experience working within social services handling cases concerning adults with harmful substance use and addiction, or other areas within social services authority responsibilities. It is an advantage if you are familiar with current legislation. If you have education and previous experience using the investigation and follow-up tool ASI it is considered a merit. It is also meritorious if you have previous experience working in the Combine system and have completed other training in areas such as Violence in Close Relationships. We value that you have good knowledge of society's support systems. The position requires that you are good at building relationships, have the ability to handle pressured and stressful situations well, and that you take great responsibility for completing your work tasks. We believe you are curious and creative in your work, but also that you have the ability to sort and prioritize what needs to be done both short-term and long-term. We believe you are interested in both individually and in collaboration with others contributing to the development of the organization as a whole. As a social secretary, you are required to be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Since work-related travel occurs, you need to have a driver's license (category B).
