Together we create value every day. Description of Work Tasks We in the work group focused on investigations for Children and Youth are now seeking a child investigator. Here you are part of an ambitious, flexible, and engaged work group that works for participation, influence, and opportunities. We have an open care perspective and want to work with children and families where they are to live and stay. You receive continuous support in cases from your immediate supervisor, colleagues, and external process supervision. However, you will have good help from colleagues and close management. Qualifications We are looking for you with a degree in social work. It is meritorious if you have at least two years of experience with social services authority work, preferably directed toward children and youth. You have good knowledge of the social services mandate and current legislation. Experience with BBIC and the documentation tool LifeCare is meritorious. You are familiar with applicable legislation and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. Previous experience with investigation work within social services, preferably with adults, is meritorious but equally important is your personal suitability and interest in the work. As a person, you are thorough, independent, and handle it well when conditions and planning change in your work. Since we have a strong focus on collaboration for what is best for the child, the work involves many contacts, both internally and externally. You should therefore have good collaboration skills, be outgoing and positive. You should find it easy to express yourself both orally and in writing. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has a B driving license; travel may occur in the position.
