That said, we are a small team and may therefore need to support and help each other with matters involving children and youth, financial assistance, adult cases, and/or family law matters. This means you'll have a varied job where no two days are the same. You will work with authority and responsibility according to the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), and the Compulsory Care Act (LVM) – but with Malå's warm heart behind you. In short: you'll be a generalist with a golden touch – and you'll have the chance to truly make a difference! Who Are You? You have a degree in social work (or equivalent education) and ideally have experience from social services and authority work. If you also know what BBIC and LifeCare mean without having to Google it – extra applause to you! As a person, you are structured but not rigid, independent but enjoy teamwork, patient but quick when needed, and a master at both listening and communicating clearly.
