We are looking for someone who has worked a few years with investigations in children and youth services and who feels confident in your professional role. Therefore, we have a reasonable caseload, access to supervision, and actively work on development issues. Vara is a municipality where we do things together. We have short paths between decision and action and good collaboration with other operations such as schools and healthcare, for example through our school social team (SST) and SAMBU. We are starting work with SSPF at IFO at the turn of the year. We also work long-term with employee engagement, leadership, and core values, and offer skills development, wellness allowances, and activities through our leisure association. We are looking for someone who is a social worker, or has equivalent education, who has worked a couple of years with public administration in children and youth services. You hold a B-class driving license and share our view that quality, security, and participation are the foundation of good social work.
