The Social Services Administration works from a holistic perspective on citizens' needs and therefore has a unified social services organization that works with the entire mandate of social services, under the motto "We support an independent life." We work in a goal-oriented manner to create an organization with high competence and quality. An organization with user participation where the individual's needs are placed at the center. The Elderly Work Group is part of the Adult and Disability Unit, Authority Department. In the unit, we also work with target groups including disabilities, harmful substance use and dependency, as well as relationship violence. The combination of target groups in the unit gives us good conditions to see the whole individual and together with the individual work to ensure that various interventions collaborate with each other. The Elderly Work Group consists of ten social secretaries and one group leader. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a Social Secretary for Elderly Care, you work with investigating and making decisions according to the Social Services Act. We actively work to enable our elderly to remain living at home. A prerequisite for this is close collaboration with our colleagues in various parts of operations and HS, a collaboration that we both appreciate and depend on. Our mission is to meet the individual's need for services with the aim of contributing to increased independence based on the individual's circumstances. We place great emphasis on the individual's participation. We use the IBIC investigation method. As a social secretary, you work with the business system Combine, as well as with Cosmic Link where we communicate with the region. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a degree from a social work program or other training that is deemed equivalent. You have experience in authority administration and good knowledge of applicable legislation and the social services mandate. As a person, you are thorough and independent and handle it well when conditions and planning change in your work. Since the work involves many contacts, both internally and externally, you should have good collaboration skills, be outgoing and positive. You should have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for you with a driver's license. Interviews will take place on an ongoing basis. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite. Working hours: Daytime.
