WORKPLACE Individual and Family Care Services - Children and Youth Department Help shape the future of Hagfors! We are seeking a team member for Individual and Family Care Services. As a social worker in the Children and Youth Department, you will join a team of eight social workers and a group leader who provide support and supervision in daily work. We also have two family therapists as part of our team. Individual and Family Care Services also includes an adult department and open care services that work in close collaboration. The department also has case managers who provide administrative support. The Employment Services Unit is also part of our operation. WORK TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS In the Children and Youth Department, you will primarily handle investigations and follow-ups of interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act, as well as family law matters for children and young people aged 0-21. You will work in close collaboration with other colleagues within Individual and Family Care Services and with external authorities and organizations. You must have a degree in social work or another academic qualification deemed equivalent. Experience in this field is an asset. You must be able to collaborate easily and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Personal suitability is weighted heavily. You must have a driver's license (Class B).
