We are looking for you who are a school social pedagogue with professional experience. You have a strong ability to create social relationships and experience working in primary school and school social teams. We place great emphasis on you being a person with good collaboration skills as you will be part of a team with social workers and another school social pedagogue who work together with a focused mission to increase school attendance for students in Rättvik Municipality. Rättvik Municipality has eight primary schools spread throughout the municipality, and collaboration with the different school units will also be part of your assignment. Job Description You will work together with other members of the school social team to develop and implement working methods to increase school attendance in the municipality. Together you will work with students in all grades with a social focus. An important part of the role is to collaborate with school counselors, student assistants, mentors, teachers, and other staff at the schools where your focus will be on students' well-being and attendance. All staff in the municipality are involved in in-depth systematic quality work and development efforts. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a school social pedagogue or have similar education and/or professional experience. We expect you to be current with relevant school research in the field. You have the ability to address both complex and everyday questions and work tasks in a structured, responsible manner from a holistic perspective. You also need to have a talent for collaboration and for building good relationships with students. It is important to us that you are clear in your communication. Additional merits include professional experience and having worked with school social teams. You need to have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
